Rehabilitation Exercises

Corrective movement so the work holds long after you leave.

What it is

Plain language. Real work.

Rehabilitation exercises are specific movements and stretches prescribed by Dr. Clay to reinforce the progress made during your in-office treatment. Adjustments and soft-tissue work address the immediate problem, but rehab exercises strengthen the surrounding muscles, improve stability, and teach your body to hold the correction.

This is not a generic sheet of exercises pulled from a template. Dr. Clay designs your rehab plan based on your specific condition, your movement patterns, and what he finds during your treatment. The goal is to make you less dependent on the office and more capable of maintaining your own body.
